Immagino conoscerà le note vicende dello status della ricerca
scientifica italiana ed europea a parte i tempi differenziali è l’assoluta
incertezza delle regole variabili, mutevoli e difficilmente interpretabili che
inibisce qualsiasi volontà d’intrapresa innovativa.
Al di là delle responsabilità remote, ho elaborato, insieme ad altri,
n.14 Progetti di Ricerca classici e virtuali, finalizzati alla creazione di
Portali Internet, Brevetti, Video per la Ricerca e la Didattica, Seminari
Virtuali ed Elastici, aperti alla collaborazione di tutti i ricercatori del
mondo.
Immagino le precedenze e le priorità già programmate e pertanto La
prego di considerare la mia come una lettera non insistente, ma qualora volesse
curiosare sarei ben lieto di inviarLe le sintesi dei Progetti di Ricerca
elencati nell’allegato insieme al mio cv.
Non oso sperare in una Sua collaborazione ma in un qualche consiglio
